The visionary driving force behind Signal Tours Group since its inception, Kobi has been pivotal in steering the company’s journey. Kobi is an attorney by profession and a central and influential figure in the Israeli travel industry. He holds various public positions, including Chairman of the Israeli Tourist and Travel Agents Association.
With three decades of experience in the travel sector, Yoav brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as CEO. His background includes managing an inbound tourism company in New York. Yoav holds a BA in Social Sciences and Humanities.
Ilan serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Signal Tours, bringing an impressive track record of 25 years within the company. Holding a BSc in Economics from Ben-Gurion University in Be’er Sheva and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, he oversees the financial operations with precision and expertise.
With a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years in the industry, Osnat stands as a seasoned professional adept at fulfilling the needs of global business customers. Her journey at Singal Tours began as a travel agent, from which she progressed to team management roles and later assumed the position of managing the Jerusalem branch. In 2020, Osnat ascended to the role of a senior management member, and currently, she helms the Travel Consultants Department at Signal Tours. Osnat holds a B.A. and an M.A. from the Hebrew University.
With an impressive career spanning two decades, Smadar brings a depth of expertise to her role as CCO at Signal Tours. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Hotel Management and Tourism and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University. Smadar’s career includes various positions at El Al Airlines, such as Inflight Service Training Manager and Deputy Manager of the Groups and Retail Department. Two years ago, she joined Signal Tours to establish the Customer Retention Department and currently serves as the Head of Service and Global Operations.
As the Chief People Officer at Signal Tours, Boaz brings 12 years of invaluable experience within the company. He started his career as a travel agent at EasyGo, advanced to deputy manager, and in 2020 was appointed as Chief People Officer of the group. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and a diploma in human resource management and labor law, Boaz is dedicated to fostering a professional and thriving work environment.
